I was able to search indexes for the Multnomah County, Oregon marriage records, the State of Oregon Marriage records, and I also checked the Clark County, Washington marriage books compiled and published by the Clark County Washington Genealogical Society. Since Oregon had a waiting period, couples often went from Oregon to Washington to get married, due to the fact they could get the license and get married in the same day.
I checked marriages for 1910 and a year before and after for the names you requested. None of these resources showed a marriage for Mathilda SCHIRMAN and Matthias LUTTANS.
I also checked two of the available Polk's Portland City Directory, 1906 and 1912, but didn't find a listing for Mathilda or Mathias as single adults or as a married couple. [The years between these times were not available in the library I used.]
Is it possible they got married elsewhere, or in a different year? Have you found them in the 1910 census as married? I believe that census was taken in April.
