The Fairview Cemetery is in Scappoose, Columbia County, Oregon.

At the bottom of the page, click on the letter L for the surname Lynch. Scroll down until you find Erma Lynch. Notice there is a FV after her name, designating that she is in the Fairview Cemetery.
