Hi Sherry,
I found two family trees on Ancestry for this family.

Ralph and Ruby Finley in 1930 were living in The Dalles, Wasco Co., OR.
Ralph Finley, b. OR, 37.
Ruby, 25.

A Ralph P. Finley born 6 Nov 1892 died 9 April 1979, Wasco Co., OR per death cert #79-06810. Spouse-Ruby. Source: Oregon Death Index 1903-98, Ancestry.

A Claud L. Finley was born Sept. 30, 1895, Morrow Co. Source: Oregon State Archives, genealogy.state.or.us/.

But then I started to think that you're only interested in when the boys were married. Marriage records for Morrow County 1885-1988 can be found at the Oregon State Archives. Go to oregon.gov/DHS/ph/chs/order/faqs.shtml . Successful Searching!
