I'd also contact RAOGK for a volunteer to look up Genevieve's marriage. I didn't find anything about her after the 1930 Census.

The Oregon State Archives has marriage records for Morrow Co. 1885-1988. Go to arcweb.sos.state.or.us/county/cpmorrow/marr.html . I don't know if they will search for you or if you need a volunteer. There aren't any volunteers at RAOGK for Morrow Co.
The "Heppner Gazette Times" is searchable at smalltownpapers.com/listHGT.htm .
You can also contact the Milton-Freewater Genealogical Club, 127 SE Sixth St., Milton-Freewater, OR 97862. Successful Searching!
