Hi Katina,
I didn't find anything for Delia or Dean Melton. However, it will be very difficult to find anything about her because the most recent Census viewable by the public is the 1930 Census. She was living with her parents and siblings in 1930.

I'd look for her marriage certificate in the county where she was living in 1930.

The 1940 Census will be released to the public in 2012. Successful Searching!
