NE Portland Address for Great Grandmother

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is possible or not......I'm trying to find what the current street address would be for my great grandmother's house from the 1920s. Below is a 1921 city directory listing:

1921 Portland, OR City Directory Mary Polley (widow of Lorayen) (h) 1312 E 27th N

This is the house she lived in when my grandma and her brother were born. They told me it was across the street from a college. The Concordia University runs along NE 27th nowdays. The adresses there do not match at all and I'm guessing that's because they have been changed. Does anyone know if there is a resource that could help with this??? Thank you!!
