Hi Jim:

The March 1, 1875 Kansas census shows Fred Eggert b. Wisc. 1844 and E Eggert b. England 1849 and Salina (looks like Talina) Avery age 20 b. Conn living in Douglas, Lawrence, Kansas. He came from Ill to Kansas, Elizabeth and Talina came from Conn.

Frederick W Eggert was also listed in the same location for 1865 and he was single.

Looks like they were married long before they hit Oregon!
