I'll probably not tell you anything you don't know.

Oregon Birth records are protected for 100 years, deaths for 50. So, unless you know the location of the birth, nothing readily available. If you do know the location, you might be able to find the date.

Adoption records are sealed, unless by court order. She might be able to get a court order easier than you.

She "probably" knows she's adopted, but may not. If She is looking, that would make it much easier. Try:
