Hi Judy,
Thanks for the information on the 1910 census - I had not tracked that down, and it helps to fill out information on the Bonney family.
I have posted a followup to my original message with additional information that I have found.
George and Eva were married in Columbia County, OR in Dec 1895. A few months later, in Apr 1896, Eva's step-daughter Emma Crain (only a few years younger than Eva) married Charles H. Webber.
Because of the family stories, I'm pretty confident that Ira left Texas. Whether he arrived in Oregon with the rest of his family is another question.
