Deceased Name: Floyd Cantrell
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, at the Moose Lodge in Junction City for Floyd R. Cantrell of Salem, formerly of Springfield and the Junction City-Harrisburg area. He died Aug. 25 of age-related causes at age 85.
He was born Sept. 5, 1921, in Pierce, Okla., to Thomas and Susan Ross Cantrell. He married Rosalie Albin.
Cantrell served in the military in World War II. He was a farmer.
Survivors include three sisters, Agness Hunger of Eugene, Myrtle Phelps of Dallas, Texas, and Audrey Wilson of Medford; a brother, James of Pleasant Hill; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. His wife and two sons, Dennis and Thomas, died previously.
Arrangements by Keizer Funeral Chapel in Keizer.
