As I have pointed out to the other person, "Shotgun", birth records are private for 100 years in Oregon.
Adoption records are permanently sealed unless there is a court order within the Superior Court of the County of birth, or upon an order from a Court of higher authority (State Supreme Court, US Federal District Court, etc).
IF you have a valid descendency, and have a health reason or other substantial reason to obtain parentage of the adoptee, then a court order could be possible. Just for genealogy...I don't think you have a case.
No genealogy group will have information on such birth...UNLESS they were published in local newspapers.
