To whom it may concern:
I am seeking any information on Elizabeth W. Stafford, who is interned at Williamete National Cemetery in Oregon. She was in the Army. I am especially interested in finding any information on her husband Charles E. Stafford. Charles E. Stafford could be my Grandfather's son or even my Grandfather.

I found Charles Emile Stafford on the World War 0ne Draft Regist. Card. This Charles was born April 28, 1890. I also found out, from the registration card, that he was born at Fort Niabrara, Nebraska. This Charles was a farmer in Mountain View, California. He had a wife and child at the time. He had previous military service in the Signal Corp for 9 months as a Private in California. Charles was medium tall and had a medium build. He had grey eyes and brown hair. Charles registered in Santa Clara, California on June 5th 1917.
From this information I was able to locate on him from the 1910 and 1920 U.S. Censuses. See below for details.

Oddly enough, I can't find a likely Charles E. Stafford in the 1900, 1910, 1920 or 1930 Censuses.
