Help With Linn Co Birth Certificate

I have a Linn Co OR Birth Certificate that has a check mark on the line Twin or Triplet and a check mark on the line Born 1st, 2d, 3d. Nothing is circled or written in on the lines provided.

Of course, this does not state Twin or Triplet, or the placement of birth.

I would suppose that the check mark only means that this is "Not Applicable" or "Does Not Apply."

Would like to hear from anyone who has an Linn Co Oregon Birth Certificate completed in 1930's - 1950's that has either of these two lines checked, but baby was a single birth.

Just trying to clarify that the person was not a twin or triplet.
