Need Research Assistance in Linn County

Is there anyone reading this list who actually lives in Linn County and who would be willing to do "research for a fee" for me.

I have a family that arrived in Linn County, OR in October 1852. The mother, a widow, took a DLC. She and the family are found on the 1860 Linn Co. Census. At least some of the sons were still in Linn County in 1865.

In early 1875 she and several of the sons migrated to AZ arriving there in April, 1875.

I am endeavoring to determine when she sold the land she obtained through the DLC. I have narrowed the dates down to June 1865 thru December, 1875. A search of the index to deeds (grantee/grantor) should be relatively simple. I have contacted the OR State Archives and they directed me to the courthouse at Albany.

Unfortunately, I live in Oklahoma.

If anyone is willing to this for me I would so appreciate it and am willing to reimburse or if feasible do research here in Oklhaoma for you.
