Lincoln Co was formed in 1893, mostly from benton Co. I lived in Lincoln Co at one time. As I recall some part the Five Rivers area joined Lincoln Co at a later date.

I think Five Rivers is used to describe that general area. It is the stream that flows there. Fisher is shown on maps. Not much there.

Fisher PO est 1892 but reportedly not always in same location. this from Oreg Geog Names book

Have you checked the BLM site for Homestead Claims??
