Five Rivers or Fisher-1890s-Lincoln Co.

Is Five Rivers now known as Fisher? Or, are they adjacent, but separate areas in the same general locale?

Has Five Rivers always been in Lincoln County?

I'm tracing Hansen and Daymude roots in what I believe was Lincoln County. Family lore says they homesteaded here, so I should be able to find a property record of that homestead location at the county seat.

Would anyone know if a newspaper covered news from the Five Rivers area about 1897?

I'm looking for confirmation that Alice Daymude Hansen died in childbirth along with a baby son and both are buried on the homestead there at Five Rivers.
