Hi Richard,
In 1910 Emil was living with his family in Camp Creek, Crook Co., OR.

In 1918 he was living in Rolyat, Deschutes Co.

In 1920 he was living by himself in Hampton, Deschutes Co., OR.

However, I can't find Emile or Frances anywhere in Oregon in 1930.

An Emil Joseph Carroz
Born=10 Nov 1896, Leopold, IN
was living at 236 E. Main, Klamath Falls, Klamath Co.
Occupation=Lombard Motors, South Sixth St., Klamath Falls.
Nearest Relative=Francis Carroz, 236 E. Main.
Source=U.S. World War II Draft REgistration Cards 1942.

I can't find death info for either one either. I suggest that you contact the Klamath Basin Genealogical Society, rootsweb.ancestry.com/~orkbgs/ to find out their death info.

Once you know when and where (but I surmise they died in Klamath Co.), then you can request a copy of their obituaries. Successful Searching!
