Ernst and Josephine Wilhelm

My great grandparents, Ernst and Josephine Wilhelm, both immigrants from Prussia, crossed the plains to OR in 1860 and first settled in either Jackson or Josephine County. Their first son Herman Joseph Wilhelm, was christend at Jacksonville on 22 November 1862, possibly Catholic. I cannot find the Wilhelms on the 1860 census. By 29 November 1864 they were located in Wasco, County OR when their second son Anton L. was born. There are two deceased daughters, one named Josephine, born ca 1860 and one born 28 October 1861 name unknown. These girls may be buried in Jackson or Josephine County as they are not listed in the 1870 census. I badly need information on my Wilhelm family during their sojourn in southern Oregon. My grandmother is Catherine Wilhelm, born 1858 in Iowa. She married Peter E. McQuinn 30 April 1878, The Dalles, Wasco County, OR. Thank you for any and all help. Maxine Daly
