I found this obit that was published in the Medford Mail Tribune in April of 2000. I am not related, but thought I would search for any obits since I was doing my own searching. This person appears to be one of the children of Jesse Allen Moore and Ollie T. Fitts, possibly Melba Moore? Anyway I hope this helps a little bit.

M. Darlene Staggers
The funeral for M. Darlene Staggers will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Memory Gardens Mortuary, Medford. Pastor David Humphreys of Phoenix Church of Christ will officiate. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
Mrs. Staggers, 69, of Phoenix, died Sunday (April 16, 2000) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
Memorial contributions may be made to Rogue Valley Medical Center Foundation, Hospice, 691 Murphy Road, Suite 236, Medford, OR 97504.
She was born M. Darlene Moore on July 14, 1930, on the family farm in Medford, where she lived all of her life. She was the daughter of Jessie and Ollie (Fitts) Moore. She attended Phoenix schools and graduated from Phoenix High School.
On May 12, 1948, in Medford, she married Raymond Staggers, who survives.
Mrs. Staggers was a packer at Rogue River Packing Co. and Associated Fruit Co. for several years.
She was a member of the Phoenix Church of Christ.
Mrs. Staggers enjoyed gardening and raising farm animals.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two daughters, Lonnie Kurz, Jacksonville, and Ranae Shurtz, Medford; a sister, Dottie Schoonover, Salem; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Clorin and Furl Moore.
Arrangements: Memory Gardens Mortuary, Medford.
