My grandmother's aunt and cousins moved to Hood River, OR in 1907. The aunt was named Marcha (Purdy-Gothard) CADWELL. She arrived with daughter ADELAIDE/ADDIE. Marcha died in Burbank, CA in 1927. What happened to Addie b. 1883?
Also in 1907, son ORA Cadwell moved to Hood River with wife Hattie REYNOLDS. Hattie died in 1910 after childbirth. They had four children: FRANK, DAVID, ELLA and MINA. I believe Ora married again. Did he stay in Hood River?
Ora and Addie had a sister named LETITIA/LETTIE. She married Ernest STINSON. They had children named JOHN, AMEL, GUY/EUGENE and AGNES. According to the Soc. Security index, Amel died in Lakeside, Oregon in 1992.
One other sibling named ARA/ARY Cadwell b. 1880. He was in St. Paul, MN in 1907. Did he follow the rest of the family to Hood River?
Have lots of family history on this family from Palatine, Illinois to Rockford, Minnesota -- including Civil War information on their father Hiram Deryck CADWELL. Would like to get in touch with these lost family members. Thanks.
