Hi Sidney,
A Wilbur F. Sturman b. 1860, Coshocton Co., Ohio, 32 yrs old
married Susan H. Sturman, b. 1866, Madison Co., Iowa, 26 yrs old on 7 September 1892, Des Moines, Polk Co., IA.
Groom's Father=Edward Sturman
Groom's Mother=Martha A. Glenn.
Bride's Father=Levi Phillips.
Bride's Mother=Charlotte Forney.
Source=Iowa Marriages 1809-1992.

It seems odd that her husband's name was listed as her surname. I don't know if she was married Lester before Wilbur or not.

I didn't find anything about Susan's death on-line. Oregon didn't require vital records until 1903 on a state level.
You can contact the Gilliam County Clerk, 221 South Oregon Street, Condon, OR 97823, 541-384-2311.

Then I'd contact the Gilliam County Historical Society, rootsweb.com/~orgillia/HistoricalSociety.htm . They might have info about her death date and an obituary.
