I have no obituaries but I have the following information on Newhards:

It is on Sheridan Street. RR August 21, 1911 p 4 c 6
It advertises for a boy to do deliveries. RR August 21, 1911 p 4 c 6

Newhart Brothers are proprietors of the Roseburg Sanitary Market on Cass Street. REN May 6, 1915 p 6 c 1

Newhard, Oliver D.
He is born about 1866 in Indiana. 1930 census Roseburg, district 6 p 2B
He and V. M. Short are proprietors of Roseburg Sanitary Market 1927 Dir p 40, 46
He lives at 622 West Oak. 1927 Dir p 40
He is a meat market owner. He left Wednesday October 30 for Portland for the week, to visit friends and see the stock show. NR November 1, 1929 p 3 c 1
