Giberson in the Oregon Death Index. I looked up the 1920 census and found the enumeration at the Soldier's Home in Roseburg, Oregon taken on January 1, 1920. I also found an enumeration of a Charles H. Giberson (b.1845 in PA) taken on January 14, 1920 at the Northern State Hospital in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. Are you sure he died in Roseburg, Oregon? or could he have been moved to the hospital in Washington? Notify Administrator about this message?
