State Soldiers Home Information needed

I have a relative that died in Roseburg on Jan 25, 1922. His name was Charles H. Giberson. I am not sure if he went by Charles or Henry. I would love to know where he is buried or any death record. The date came from the civil War pension file. He may have come back to PA or CA in death? He was born there about 1845. He was listed as single age 75 in Roseburg on 1920 Census. Any help appreciated. Kathy
