You can request an obit from the Oregon Library System, www.oregonlibraries.net/ and choose Douglas Co. OLS seems to charge from $5 to $15/obit.
Also the University of Oregon, http://libweb.uoregon.edu/general/gethelp.htm. They charge $30/hr research and a $7.50 minimum which is what it cost me for the last obit I requested. Successful Hunting!
