The Douglas County Historical Society has a publication called "The Trapper" or "The Umpqua Trapper" I forget which, that has stories on local pioneer families. I remember reading about the Conn's in one of them. I will try to find out which one and get back to you. I will try to have the info for you in a couple of days.

the address for subscriptions to the Trapper is R.L. Matthews Rt. 2 Box 759, Roseburg, Oregon. 97470. I think the price is 2.50. You can order back copies, I just have to find out which one has the Conn history in it. I had hoped to have it for you today, but I have been too busy to get to it. I plan on looking tomorrow.
