Hi Cynthia, if you haven't recd this, check out Random Acts Genealogical Kindness, www.raogk.org, choose Oregon, choose Coos County. There is a volunteer there who looks up obits.
If that doesn't work out, you can request one from the Oregon Library System, www.oregonlibraries.net/ choose Coos County. They charge from $5 to $15/obit.
OR
Contact the University of Oregon, http://libweb.uoregon/edu/generalgethelp.htm/. They charge $30/hr research fee with a $7.50 minimum which is what it cost me for the last obit I requested. Succcessful Hunting!
