I went to the court house in Lillington, Harnett Co., NC on June 2, 2006. Someone in the court house told me they do not keep any records on anyone before 1913. I am trying to find out who signed the papers for Annie Jane O`Quinn to get married. She was 13 when she got married on Aug 14, 1886.
