Hello Jane Susan Breen,
I'm a latecomer to the Openshaw Forum and noticed your reference to the Openshaw pedigree which I happen to have.
My Grandmother is included on that pedigree on page 15. She was Janet Margerie Openshaw b.27 March 1880 father was Frank Ernest Pilling, mother Mary Elizabeth Openshaw.
My Grandmother although coming from a well to-do Family married the son of a farm labourer and has been a constant source of interest to me as my side of the family lost touch with her in 1938. I will be tickled pink if you would happen to have any info on my little mistery.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Roy Perrin
