Before the Update to FTM MAC 2 at lease the License work even tho when one tried to sync most of the time it did not. Now the update and the serial number is no good. Contacted FTM after several days they told me that a third party handles license issues and gave me an email address when you contact them they now give you a run around you need to contact, contact them and you need to contact someone else. I have been using FTM since the DOS days. How things have changed at FTM they are no longer concerned with those that got them where they are today. It seems that they go out of there way to run people away. Where can one go, not to FTM not there problem and not to the third party company no one knows there either. Does any one know how to fix this problem?
