Hi Russ,Thanks for your help - But what does that mean - FTM can't process shared facts? Or am just looking in the wrong place on FTM. I explained my problem to the FTM tech support - They didn't know why a Gedcom 5.5 wasn't accepting the shared residences - The same file imports to Ancest.com
