Uploads Not Working Again?

So are there more problems uploading to the FTM home pages again? When I try to upload updated info I get a server response error.

Submission Error: Error During Response.

The upload gets to 98% and fails with the error above.

Also, is there a plan to bring back the home page option in any of the new versions of FTM? I know I'm not the only one that still wants it...
