I am a descendant of Thomas Alexander O'Neal, born in 1829 in Georgia, died in 1910 in Cromwell, Oklahoma. I have copies of letters written by him and his daughter Lucinda Crawford O'Neal McBride in 1878-1880 when they were living near Wichita Falls Texas. They are very difficult to read and I am looking for someone who might have earlier copies of these letters. They are very interesting letters and provide a good picture of life in that area. I do not know who in the O'Neal or McBride families ended up with these letters and who else might have copies of them.
