That is great information. I am 99% it is correct as it was a family tradition of using parents names as middle names for their children.
My grandfathers middle name was Nelson (Leonard Nelson Mason), and I always wondered where that had come from as no one had that name in the Mason family.
Now we know that "Clara's" father was Nelson.
