I'm not sure if your "John FRANKLIN Oliver" is the same as my "John Oliver". My John Oliver is my great great grandfather who was married to Diana Ellender Carpenter; together they had 14 chilren, one of them named Samuel Oliver. I am seeking additional information on John Oliver that I know John was murdered, but do not know his parents or where John is buried.
