I had considered that possibility. If William was Rogers son, it would explain why William was named in the will of his guardian, Thomas Geenfield, if that is the same William.I have also found a 2 separate William Olivers enumerated and a Daniel Oliver in the Anne Arundel Co, St James Parish in 1776.He could have been the son of either of these.I found a William Oliver (mulato) born to John (Bacon) and Anne Oliver in 1703 in All Hallow's Parish, in Anne Arundel Co., MD.Please let me know if you find anything on William.I would very much like to know what you have found on Roger so far, other than what I have already stated.
