My wife's great-grandfather Edward OLIVE was born as Edward KELLY in 1845 in New South Wales, Australia.
He was the son of Joseph KELLY and Mary McCORMACK.
He changed his surname when his mother remarried an Unknown OLIVE.
Edward married Louisa Mary EASTHAM in 1873 at Willcania, N.S.W. They moved to Geelong, Victoria between 1880 and 1890 then to Traralgon, Victoria sometime before 1906 when Edward died there.
Their children include Cicely, Ethel, Selina, John, Ila, Edith, Eva and Louisa.
