G. O'Loffe, 1656, to Virginia. Early Immigrants to Virginia 1623-1666 collected by George Cabel Greer, Clerk, Virginia State Land Office listed in Irish Immigrants

William Oliff, age 25, New York, 1812. British Aliens in the United States during the War of 1812 compiled by Kenneth Scott, page 189.
Joseph Olliff, age 43, Norfolk, VA, 1819. 1784-1884: 100 Years. Naturalizations and Declarations of Intention, Norfolk Borough/City, Norfolk County (now
Chesapeake), Princess Anne County (now Virginia Beach) Portsmouth, Eastern District Court, Virginia by Elizabeth B. Wingo and W. Bruce Wingo, page 57.
Amos Oliff (1874); Cornelius Thomas Oliff (1876); Lewis Oliff (1874), Michigan. Naturalization Records for Oakland County, Michigan, 1827-1906 by Ruth S.
Kennedy, page 82.
Check to see if Oliff did not inadvertently get spelled as Oliv or Olive on isolated occasions. Olliff immigrations into pre-1740 Virginia are being found and cataloged. Please place any Oliff information on this forum for other researchers to see.
I do not trace through Oliffs...so I cannot help any further.
