Hi Virginia,

Any help would be great! Here's what I know:
- He was born around 1855
- He was married to a woman named Susan (my gg-grandmother) whose last name was Alexander when he married her. She was a widow.
- They got divorced and he moved to Iowa (may have abandoned the family). That happened sometime before 1900.
- Susan made their son John promise to never try to find his dad (John H. Olds), we have no idea why.
- His middle initial is H.
- In 1889 he was living in Leadville, CO and was a miner. His address was r. 531 E. 6th.

I have no idea when/where he died. I'd love to find some info on his parents, I think his mom's name was Kate but I'm not positive.
