Good to hear from you.
I did wonder about the Keefe instead of O'Keefe.That explains it. On the other hand, in doing genealogy research, I found both spellings were common in the 1800s,and likewise many other names....for example what we call O'Reilly was called Riley,Reilley etc.Power was often Poer or Poor. So Thomas wasn't doing anything really unusual after all.
I was wondering why Pauline died so young,as most of her siblings lived to very old ages. In fact her sister Beatrix was still alive at least a couple of years ago and getting close to 100.Their brother Pat,I think,got to about 100.
Anyway....I don't have any old family photos from my mother because I have lived in Australia since 1966. When I started the research,my mother had been deceased for a couple of years or so,and had been living in FL with my sister,who has the photos Mom kept. She says she has plans to put them on a CD and send me a copy,but since she is very,very busy,and still has a school-age son,she hasn't been able to make the time.
What I do have,sent to me by someone else,are some photos of Pauline's mother,my GM,but taken when she was already elderly.
I can scan those and send them to you.
Please do email me privately... wardgreene@hotmail.com ...and let me know.Also,I would very much like to get genealogy information on Pauline's children and grandchildren...names,dates,whom they married,their children,and so on....and add it to the document I have compiled on the Judge family, whnich is now up to about 80 pages.
I will of course send you a copy of this file,as everyone in there is related to you.
