I research an online database. It contains abt 12,000,000 Irish rcds.

For Michael O'Keefe M 1853 +/- 2 yr in Co. Tipperary, I found several M rcds. However, I couldn't find correlated rcds for Eliza Ryan.

The O'Keeffes seem to be concentrated in Tipperary south while the Ryans are in Tipperary north.

A major portion of Co. Tipperary north's rcds have been retained by the RC Church. These rcds are only available thru the Tipperary Family History Research center (at a substantial fee).
