Baby O'Keefe, given up for adoption in 1923 in New York City

Parents were from County Clare. The adoptive father was named Louis Weil and the adoptive mother's maiden name was Burke.

The child, born March 25, 1923 (to the best of my knowledge), was my father. I'm looking for information on his birth family. Any tips are much appreciated.
