Cornelius O'Keeffe family

Looking for anyone with information on any of three O'Keeffe brothers who arrived in New Orleans in 1847. Specifically, according to "Microcopy No. 259, Passenger Lists of Vessels Arriving at New Orleans, 1820-1902 (National Archives, Washington, D.C., 1958), Roll 27 (June 16-December 31, 1847), List Nos. 113-271," Cornelius O'Keeffe arrived at the port of New Orleans on the ship "Parthenon” out of Boston, Samuel Woodberry, Capt., berth 537 17/95th tons, sailing from Liverpool on May 1, 1847 and arriving in New Orleans June 28, 1847. The passenger log shows the following, whom I believe (based also on later naturalization and tax records) are brothers:

Cornelius O'Keeffe, age 23, Male, lists occupation as "sailsman" (which I assume was salesman
misspelled), origin of Ireland
Martin O'Keeffe, age 29, Male, farmer, Ireland
Daniel O'Keeffe, age 19, Male, student, Ireland

The brothers listed their home as Limerick, although I know most O'Keefe's came from Cork at one time. Martin settled in Nashville, Daniel went into medicine and lived in Atlanta, and Cornelius remained a merchant and lived in Knoxville (about 1857-1860) and then Atlanta until his death in 1865.

Based on the fact that he attended a Presbyterian church in Knoxville and his brother Daniel was active in a Baptist church in Atlanta, I believe they would have been Protestants back in Ireland.

I'd be interested in any tips on tracking down the family or particularly any information that anyone might already have.
