Jane O'Kane, wife of Ignatius Causine?

This one has me stumped. I have a Jane O'Kane allegedly married to an Ignatius Causine in Charles Co. MD c. 1640-50. All I have found comes from the IGI, etc., and it says that Jane's father was John O'Kane. As the Causines were of French origin and apparently not Huguenots, I can only assume that they were RC. My presumption is that the O'Kanes were also RC, but can't seem to find a trace of Jane or John outside the IGI, etc. Does anyone know of this particular O'Kane family???
