I have just recently received a copy of my Grandfather's birth registration. He was born May 26, 1865 in Killowen, Coleraine, Derry. He was the son of Francis and Mary (nee WARD) O'Kane. James had a sister Mary, BD unkn..who emigrated with him to New Jersey in 1887. James Francis O'Kane's Sis, Mary, married a Gleason. Assoc. names with this family are Shannon.Bridget, who he married in NJ in 1891 in Elizabethtown. Bridget was from Roscommon Ireland. Other names assoc: Fitzpatrick.Higgins.. Conley.. Cole.
