I read your old message with interest as I suddenly realised that you were one of the "Oxford House" (Cadley) O'kane's. I haven't worked my way through all the O'Kane listing as they are not my blood line but rather cousins. However I thought that you should know that of Johnny O'Kane's children, only Joan is now alive. "Auntie" Mabel who was greatly loved by us, was still living in Blackbull Lane, Fulwood, Preston when she died a few years ago. A niece of auntie Mabel's had a go at putting their family tree together from a mixture of her own knowledge and correspendance with other known O'Kane's cousins. I'm surprised that nobody caught up with you. I presume that you aren't in contact with your cousins in Preston?
