There was a Leita Mae Mitchell married to Emil Grieser @ Hobart. He died in 1994 but you might find her on People Search. Hobart is in Kiowa County but just south of Rocky. And there were some Mitchell's in Sentinel which is west of Rocky. A few around Cloud Chief which is NE of Rocky I believe. You might try searches for the cemeteries in that area. Jackson is a hard one. Been researched most places well but lots of them. Western Plains Weatherford Genealogical Society in Weatherford has about 50,000 obits from western Okla but I didn't find any more for Mitchell in that area. The Cordell Oklahoma Library has a Genealogy group that meets there. They are listed under Western Plains Library System and probably Cordell Library also.
