I have been researching this family for several years. Frank's name was Franklin but was always called Frank. There are two records that show Frank's middle initial as a "T". However on his wife's death certificate he signed his name Frank B. Burk.
Frank married Mary Jane Goodall in Benton County, Arkansas on 4 Sep 1883. Mary Jane died in 1921 and Frank in 1934. According to his death certificate his father was Joseph Burk. We have proof that Frank/Franklin was born in Macon County.
This is the Burk family I am working on. I am helping Frank and Mary Jane's great grandson. Is this the family you're interested in? Here is the basic information about Frank's family on the 1870 census.
1870 Macon County, Missouri - Russell Township
Page 29 - Line 7 - Dwelling 217 - Family 222

George W. age 15 - Born in Missouri

I see where another researcher has given you the rest of the census data. I will be happy to share any information I have.
