I now know that Dr. Joseph E. (Joe) and Lois Grey Childers were in Tipton in 1930. They had two children - Norman, who died young, and Stanley who also became a physician and died in Pueblo, CO. Still looking for obituary and place of burial for Joe and Lois. I cannot find evidence that Joe's brother Luther, described by the family as a banker, settled in Tillman Co.
