I am trying to find information on a family by the last name Reese who lived in Brinton in both the 100 and 1910 Census.
The family is listed as James Reese (NOv 1859 in TN), Lelia (Dec 1868 in TX) and their children and James' brother George ( Feb 1855 in TN). This is from the 1900 Census
IN the 1910 Census James is listed as James Ruse and is widowed and I have found one date that states that Lelia died in 1908. George is gone and the childre Pertle, Oscar, Cora, Robert J, Marvin, and now Lillie and Allie are all still there.
I have found the WW1 registration cards for Marvin and Robert and they both list their father in Tecumseh. Robert James Reese worke for an oil company in Kiefer.
Does anyone know anything of this family.
My 2 great grandfather was a Geiorge W. Reese born in 1855 in TN and separated from his wife sometime in the last 1890s. I have found his wife but we don't know what happened to George or who his father and mother were or anything.
